How do payments work?
A deposit to begin and the balance before final delivery, as set in your agreement. Bank transfer is available for invoices.
Who owns the final videos?
After full payment, you can use the final deliverables for everything listed in your agreement, including paid ads.
Do you work with agencies?

Can you use our real products and locations?
Yes, from photos and details you provide. You confirm you have the rights to everything you send.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are non-refundable once work begins. If I can’t deliver, you get a refund for the part that wasn’t delivered.
