Who we are

THE SCENE AI is a creative studio and education brand founded by Destyni Triplett, RN, and operated by Destyni Lashed Me, Inc. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “THE SCENE AI” mean that business. “You” means the person or business buying from us.

By paying for any offer, checking the terms box at checkout, or signing a quote or agreement, you agree to these terms. Questions come to Destyni@thesceneai.com.

Offers & pricing

Prices and what each offer includes are listed on our website and checkout pages. For custom work, your written quote, proposal or agreement sets the scope, price, delivery schedule and usage rights.

• The quote wins. If anything on the website conflicts with your accepted quote or agreement, the quote or agreement controls.
• “From” and “starting at” prices are minimums. Your final price is confirmed in writing before you pay.
• Add-ons, such as extra versions or added scenes, apply only when purchased with or added to the original order.
• Prices for future purchases may change. A price change never affects an order you already paid for.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

• Set-price offers are paid in full at checkout.
• Custom projects and campaigns follow the payment schedule in your agreement, usually a deposit to begin and the balance before final delivery.
• Monthly content plans include a one-time setup fee and bill automatically each month on the same date. The minimum commitment in your agreement applies, and you agree to pay for each month of that commitment.
• Pay-over-time options such as Affirm, Klarna or Afterpay, when offered, are provided by those companies under their own terms. We receive full payment, so their plans do not change our refund policy.
• Final files are delivered after payment is complete. Work may pause if a scheduled payment fails.

How production works

1. Intake. After payment, you will receive questions about your business, goals and any materials we need.
2. Script approval. We write the script or story direction and you approve it in writing, by email or message. Production does not begin before approval.
3. Production. We create the video from the approved script.
4. Review and revision. You review the video and send revision notes in one combined message.
5. Delivery. We deliver final files in the agreed size and format.

Your delivery date is confirmed before production begins. Timelines pause while we are waiting on your approval, feedback or materials. If we do not hear from you for 30 days after a draft is sent, the project is treated as delivered.

Revisions

Each service includes the revision rounds listed for it. A revision round is one set of combined notes within the approved script.

• A new concept, replacement script, added scene, added character or extra version is new work and is quoted separately.
• Mistakes on our side, such as a misspelled name, are corrected without using your revision round.
• AI tools can produce small visual variations. We correct anything that conflicts with the approved script or harms the result. Minor variations that do not change the story are not revision items.

Refunds & cancellations

All sales are final. Our services are made to order and our learning offers give immediate access to time, teaching or digital tools. We do not offer a money-back guarantee or a satisfaction guarantee on anything we sell.

Refunds required by law are always honored. If you think you were charged in error, email Destyni@thesceneai.com before contacting your bank so we can fix it quickly.

Usage rights

• Your use. After full payment, you may post your final deliverables on your own business accounts and website.
• Advertising use. Running a video as a paid advertisement requires advertising use in your agreement. The platforms, length of use and any limits are listed there.
• What we keep. We keep ownership of our prompts, workflows, templates, raw generations and any original characters we created before or outside your project, including Dess, Marcel and Destyni’s AI likeness.
• Portfolio. We may show finished work in our portfolio and on our social accounts. If you want your project kept private, tell us in writing before production and we will not share it.

Brand collaborations

A brand collaboration features your brand inside a story on one agreed Destyni or THE SCENE AI account. Destyni leads the story direction. You approve product details, claims and any required disclosures before posting.

• Posting date, account and how long the post stays up are set in your agreement.
• We provide a results report after posting. The numbers reflect real performance and are not guaranteed in advance.
• Extra posts and permission to run the content as an advertisement are quoted separately.
• Sponsored posts are labeled as paid partnerships as required by platform rules and advertising law.

Your materials & likeness

You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you send us, including logos, photos, voices, music and the face or likeness of any person. If your project includes a real person, you confirm that person has agreed to be shown.

We do not create content that impersonates a real person without consent, misleads viewers about who said or did something, or breaks the law or platform rules. We may decline or stop a project that appears to cross these lines, and we refund any unstarted portion if we do.

AI-made content

Our videos and images are made with artificial intelligence tools. Results can vary from examples you have seen, and similar visual elements can appear in other AI-made work.

Some platforms and laws require AI-made content to be labeled. You are responsible for following the rules of the platforms where you post or advertise. We are happy to tell you how a video was made if a platform asks.

Learning offers

• THE SCENE AI membership is hosted on Skool and also follows Skool’s terms. Existing members keep the founding rate they were promised for as long as their membership stays active.
• Outside tools are separate. AI software subscriptions and generation credits are not included in any learning offer. What you spend depends on the tools you choose and how much you create.
• Private sessions and live builds are teaching and guidance. They do not include finished video delivery or support after the session unless purchased separately.
• Personal use only. Lessons, prompts, tools and recordings are for the buyer only. Sharing logins, reselling or redistributing our materials is not allowed and ends access without refund.

No guarantees

View counts and results shown on our website are real, dated figures from our own work. They are not a promise of your results. We do not guarantee views, followers, engagement, leads, sales or income from any service or learning offer. Results depend on your business, audience, offer, timing and many factors outside our control.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost business or platform account actions, including removal of content by a platform.

General

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
• We may update these terms. The version in effect when you purchased applies to that purchase.
• If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
