- Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Who we are
THE SCENE AI is operated by Destyni Lashed Me, Inc. This policy covers thesceneai.com, our checkout pages, and the services and learning offers we sell. Contact: Destyni@thesceneai.com.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, email, phone number, business name, social handles, website and the details you share about your project.
- Project materials: logos, photos, videos, voice recordings, scripts and other files you provide.
- Purchase details: what you bought, the amount, and the date. Stripe processes your payment and shares your name, email and billing details with us. Card numbers stay with Stripe.
- Basic site information: like most websites, our host may record standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited. Some pages load fonts from Google and videos from Instagram, which may receive basic connection information when those load.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and send quotes, agreements and invoices.
- To process payments and keep business and tax records.
- To create, deliver and support your project or session.
- To send updates about your order. We send marketing emails only if you sign up for them, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
- To protect our business, prevent fraud and meet legal requirements.
Who we share it with
We share information only with services that help us run the business, and only what they need:
- Stripe, for payments.
- Skool, for the membership community and courses.
- Email, scheduling and file tools we use to communicate with you and deliver work.
- AI production tools, which process the materials you provide so we can make your video or images.
- Legal authorities, only when required by law.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep project files for up to 12 months after delivery so we can help with revisions or re-delivery, then delete them unless you ask us to keep them longer. Payment and business records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing Destyni@thesceneai.com.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email.
- Ask us to keep your project out of our portfolio, as described in our terms.
Security & age
We use reputable providers and limit who can access your files. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, so please do not email passwords, card numbers or account logins. Our services are for adults 18 and older.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the effective date above. If we add advertising or analytics tracking to this site, we will update this policy before it goes live.
